The cable tray have a construction of 180 angle arc beaded edge, and with the help of this construction, the cables would not be scratched and the construction would be strengthened.
Manufacture technics and characteristics: CO2 gas shielded welding; no apparent defects such as non-welded points, cracks, slag inclusions, burn through, craters and so on. It should be even on welding lines, no sticking zinc slags, and even on the zinc coatings.
Characteristics of double side rail ladder racks: using forming technics to manufacture side rails and to fix the double rails together with bolts, in that case, the capacity of cable tray could be strenghtened highly and also this type cable tray is easily and quickly to be manufactured with better constructions. The length of cable tray could reach as long as 8 meters, and especially used for larg span supporting.
