Detailed Product Description
The XL system is designed for applications from 250A to 5000A meeting the demands wherever high powers must be flexibly transmitted.

    The standard high IP65 degree of protection of the complete XL system guarantees reliable power distribution, even in environments that either have a high level of accumulated dirt or moisture. The XL system is manufactured to guarantee low impedance and allowing high power levels to be economically transmitted over long distances.

Safety and protection:
    The tap-off units have an orientation feature, which ensures faultfree installation due to the design imposed fitting sequence. This,together with the automatic protective mechanism at the tap-off points, ensures a high degree of protection from accidental contact for operating personnel.

Quick connection:
    "QwikMake" joint pack which is up to 50% faster to install (patent applied ).Because it is designed to be non-reversible and as such will not allow incorrect phasing between two lengths of XL busbar trunking systems. A simple solution to a potentially complex problem and a further aid to safe high speed installation. Mechanical side covers with minimal fastening complete the joint assembly, delivering an electrically sound, mechanically rugged system that is quick and easy to install.

Function:
1.  Straight trunking unit
Busbar available in copper or aluminum.
The standard lengths are from 0.5m to 3.0 m.
The plug-in units on the busbar has can be fitted on both sides.
An individual color selection can be made by the customer (special design)
2.  Entry Feeder: connection to transformer or cabinet.
3.  Power transposition unit: L -, Z -, T- and cross-units are available.
4.  Adapter unit: controlled reduction of high power to low power.
5.  Expansion unit: for busbar expansion in horizontal and vertical direction.
6.  Flexible busbar: designed to connect from the busbar to any type of standard transformer, reducing transformer vibrations.
7.  Tap-off unit:
According to the individual necessities the tap off unit houses the circuit breaker, fuse or fuse switch. (international Standard)
Interlock: preventing to plug out the tap off box while under power.
Unique plug-in design with non-reversible phase.
Plug-in point: all plug-in points are silver coated.
